TT electronics OPTEK Technology has developed a star-shaped red/green/blue/amber LED assembly with exceptional thermal performance and feature:

  • Mono-color or RGBA packages.
  • Recessed die design that houses four LED chips under a 5mm opticalgrade water clear lens.
  • Extremely low thermal resistance of <2°C/W from junction to heatsink.
  • Emitted colors of blue (455 - 460nm), green (530 - 535nm), red (620 - 630nm), amber (585 - 595nm), and daylight white.
  • Forward voltage at 350mA ranges from 2.5V to 3.9V for the RGBA devices, and 8.6V to 13.1V for the mono-color assemblies.
  • Luminous flux at 350mA ranges from 5 lm to 36 lm and 29lm to 162 lm, depending on LED color.
  • Viewing angle of 60°.
  • Maximum allowable junction temperature is 130°C, with an operating temperature range of -50°C to +100°C.
