The adhesive system provides good electrical insulation and thermal conductivity with a wide range of materials. Other characteristics include a long working life and very low stress on cure with a wide variety of cure schedules. The material can be packaged in pre-measured custom BIPAX, stored at room temperature, or packaged in pre-mixed and frozen syringes.
