End Bearings

A line of end bearings provides support for ball screws and offers an integrated system solution for linear motion applications in the machine tool, metalworking, and woodworking industries, among others. The units can serve as part of a complete ball-screw package to promote precision and accuracy in positioning. The end-bearings include axially locating flanged-bearing units (Type FLBU), fixed plummer bearing units (Type PLBU), and axially free plummer bearing units (Type BUF). Thrust flanged-bearing (FLBU) and fixed plummer bearing units (PLBU) feature precision, burnished-steel housings. Two preloaded angular contact ball bearings in back-to-back arrangements, two garter seals, and a self-locking nut are also included.
