Emergency Stop Switch (10613)

An emergency stop solution combines optimal functionality with usability throughout assembly, mounting, and operation. The emergency stop ranges are available with many options, whatever the size of machine or equipment. Options include: LED illumination, twist to unlock or key to unlock, protective shrouds, emergency-Stop switch box enclosures, labels, and protection of up to IP 65 against dirt and water ingress. In an emergency, a simple push of an actuator instantly releases normally closed contacts, immediately terminating power. The switches are re-activated either by hand twisting the actuator, or when additional security is required, by unlocking the actuator with a key. EAO Emergency Stop switches satisfy international standards, including the EN 418 directive that demands a “fool-proof” switch operation.
