Electrical Insulating Compound

Tra-Bond 2156 is a thermally conductive epoxy designed for bonding transistors, diodes, resistors, integrated circuits, and other heat sensitive components to circuit boards.

A heat conductive electrical insulating compound, it is engineered to develop strong, durable, high-impact bonds at room temperature, which improve heat transfer while maintaining electrical insulation. The two-part adhesive readily bonds to itself as well as to metals, silica, steatite, alumina, sapphire, and other ceramics. It also bonds to glass, plastics, and many other materials.
