Diaphragm Process Pumps
KNF (Trenton, NJ) diaphragm process pumps can be customized for application-specific duty in industries ranging from nuclear to petrochemical.

KNF (Trenton, NJ) diaphragm process pumps can be customized for application-specific duty in industries ranging from nuclear to petrochemical. Various materials, motor types, components, configurations, and options can be specified and integrated into the final pump design to deliver optimized and continuous operation in the most critical environments. Additional features include:

  • Custom solutions that can include ATEX or NEC (Class 1, Division 1, Groups C&D) explosion-proof motors for applications where pumps will perform in hazardous locations.
  • Special elastomers that can serve to withstand potential low-level radiation in nuclear facilities.
  • Insulated, heated-head versions that can be supplied to promote effective exhaust emission and stack-gas sampling.
  • Corrosion-resistant materials that can be incorporated for sampling applications in the chemical industry where harsh conditions or moisture may persist.
  • Double-diaphragm models that can be developed as an effective safeguard to contain gases and prevent contamination.
  • Flow rates up to 300 L/min (10 SCFM).
  • Maximum vacuums up to 29.8 in. Hg.
  • Maximum pressure up to 176 psig.
