A line of customized machined springs is available in a variety of configurations and materials to accommodate applications with precise spring requirements. These springs are curved beams machined from a single piece of material into the special configuration desired. The HELI-CAL Flexure, as the beam is called, can be made to incorporate special design features or characteristics. A specific advantage of this technology is that customer-specified end attachments, such as tangs, clamps, flanges or threaded ends, can be integrated into single, multi-functional components.
