Customized Acrylic Sheets

Suitable for POP displays, store fixtures, furniture, and lighting applications, Acriglas Pearlescent acrylic sheets can serve as an alternative to tempered glass in architectural applications. As there is no need for mechanical fasteners or complex adhesives, the material can be used in applications that require other acrylic products. Available in sizes and thicknesses ranging from 1/8 to 1/2 in., Pearlescent acrylic sheets come in 12 standard colors. However, the material can be customized to any specified color and to varying degrees of translucency. To gain richness and dimension, the material features a blend of pearlescent pigments and is formulated via a special casting process. Engineers can add a soft matte finish or a surface texture from the Acriglas Impressions series to enhance the luxurious appearance of these acrylic sheets. Pearlescent acrylic sheets can be drilled, routed, laser cut, glued, formed, hot stamped, and silk-screened. Furthermore, all sheets can be custom cut and configured to meet user specifications.
