Custom Case Inserts

A line of custom-designed case inserts for the automotive, medical, electronics, telecommunications, emergency response, and industrial markets, is created to suit specific application needs. These case inserts are designed to provide product protection and organization. Available in a variety of materials, such as molded and fabricated foams, thermoformed plastics, laminated composites, and conductive materials, the case inserts can enhance inventory control, organization, security, and aesthetics. They are CNC-machined, which makes them easily revised without tooling, providing a cost-effective solution for low- to medium-volume applications. They have a one-piece construction for durability, and multiple cavity depths provide a custom fit for each item. Offered in a variety of colors to enhance product appearance and accessibility, the case inserts can be designed to meet individual customer specifications and budgets, as well as the most stringent of applications such as use in cleanrooms.
