Bellows feature a compact size of .020” in diameter.



Servometer (Cedar Grove, NJ) designs and manufactures precision, electrodeposited nickel bellows, bellows assemblies, flexible shaft couplings, electrical contacts and lightweight, structurally rigid electroforms. Features include:

Bellows

  • Compact size of .020” in diameter.
  • Seamless and non-porous.
  • Leak tight to 1 x 10-9 std. cc/sec.
  • A life expectancy of 100 x 106 cycles.

Couplings  

  • A torque range from 1.4 to 198 Ncm.
  • Outside diameters range from .252 to 2.40 inch.
  • Overall lengths from .5 to 2.44 inch.

Contacts

ADVERTISEMENT

  • Negligible insertion and inductance loss.
  • Outside diameters range from .037 to .245 inch.
  • Available with bellows diameters as small as .020 inch. 

Electroforms  

  • Temperature range down to -423° F.
  • Diameters range from .020 to 9 inch.
  • A surface micro-finishes as fine as 4 R.M.S. are also available.
