PHUCN600 and PHUTX600 Series controllers and transmitters are packaged in a rugged NEMA 4X polycarbonate enclosure, making them suitable for heavy-duty applications such as industrial wastewater neutralization, municipal water and wastewater, pulp and paper, and process control applications. The PHUCN600 Series multi-parameter controller is a microprocessor-based controller capable of measuring one of the following parameters, pH, ORP, or conductivity. The PHUCN600 Series’ user menu is divided into five main categories. Calibration is used to calibrate the PHCN600 Series with the selected sensor. Utilities is used to manually control or override the outputs. Setup is used to configure the PHUCN600 Series’ options. Diagnostics is used to troubleshoot any problems. Outputs is used to configure the PHUCN600 Series outputs. An LED readout on the outside panel can be seen several yards away. The distinctive, color-coded bar-graph will immediately indicate if the user is within the process parameters that are set (green), if the control relays are on (yellow), and if the user is in alarm condition (red). This makes diagnosing pump and alarm malfunctions easy. All configuration and control functions are performed on the LCD menu on the inside front panel.
