Controller And Transmitters

Models PHUCN601, PHUCN610, and PHUTX601 pH, ORP, and conductivity controller and transmitters are designed to be quick and easy to calibrate. Thanks to their rugged NEMA 4X polycarbonate enclosures, the PHUCN600 and PHUTX600 series devices are ideally suited for heavy-duty applications, including industrial wastewater neutralization, municipal water and wastewater, pulp and paper, and process control. A microprocessor-based controller, the PHUCN600 series multi-parameter controller can measure pH, ORP, or conductivity parameters. Menu options for the PHUCN600 series include calibration, which is used to calibrate the PHCN600 series with the selected sensor, and utilities, which can be used to manually control or override the outputs. Setup allows users to configure PHUCN600 series options, while diagnostics are used to troubleshoot problems. The output menu can be used to configure PHUCN600 series outputs. The PHUCN600 series features a bright LED numeric display with bar graph on the outside front panel and a two-line, 16-character LCD display on the inside. The LED readout on the outside panel can be seen several yards away. The color-coded bar graph allows users to quickly determine if their operation is within the process parameters they set (green), if the control relays are on (yellow), and if the operation is in alarm condition (red). This capability is designed to simplify diagnosis of pump and alarm malfunctions. All configuration and control functions are performed on the LCD menu on the inside front panel. A universal mounting kit is included for surface, panel, and pipe-mount applications. The 1/4-in. DIN enclosure makes panel-mount cutouts and engineering simple. The PHUTX600 ¼ DIN two-wire transmitter can measure conductivity, pH, and ORP and is well suited for standalone or panel-mount operation. The PHUCN601 is priced at $850.
