These true surface mount OCXOs and OCVCXOs provide temperature stabilities in the range of ±20 to ±100 ppb, over commercial, extended commercial or industrial temperature ranges.



Connor-Winfield’s (Aurora, IL) high stability DOC Series of ovenized oscillators are exceptionally precise frequency standards, excellent for use in cellular base stations, test equipment, Synchronous Ethernet and VSAT applications. These true surface mount OCXOs and OCVCXOs provide temperature stabilities in the range of ±20 to ±100 ppb, over commercial, extended commercial or industrial temperature ranges. Features include:

  • 3.3 Vdc operation.
  • A small 9.1 x 14.1 mm SMT Package.
  • Available frequency stabilities of ±20, ±50, and ±100 ppb.
  • Available temperature ranges of 0° to 70°C, -20° to 70°C, and -40° to 85°C.
