Closing The Gap

Priced at $595, the PS Series part-seated monitor continuously monitors nozzle-to-part distances in applications such as gap detection, workpiece positioning, part present, and part distance measurement. Operating on less than 17 psi of supply pressure, the monitor uses back-pressure measurement to generate a distance signal. The monitor operates on compressed air and provides two user-established outputs. An integrated four-digit LED display continuously indicates nozzle-to-part distance.
