Clear Object Detection

Miniature OJ sensors include models with polarized retro-reflective sensing technology that detect clear objects such as glass, transparent film, and see-through bottles. When paired with a 50 x 50 mm reflector, the OJ sensors can reach 1.5 m. A microprocessor-based pushbutton adjustment simplifies programming and reduces setup time. Sensitivity is automatically calibrated by positioning the sensor in front of a reflector and pressing the pushbutton twice. A target is not required during initial setup to establish sensitivity.
