Circuit Protector

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1489 circuit protector offers 240 and 480 V branch circuit protection and equipment protection. This UL-listed device meets North American, European, Canadian, and IEC standards. The Bulletin 1489 meets UL 489 and CSA 22.2 No. 5.1 standards for branch circuit protection as well as IEC 60 947-2 requirements for miniature circuit breakers used in international industrial applications. The device helps with the equipment protection circuit – formally associated only with UL 1077 – to ensure equipment protection in electrical control panels. Furthermore, the Bulletin 1489 offers circuit protection from 0.5 to 40 A and up to 480 V. The device can be used to protect personnel, equipment, and facilities from electrical hazards.
