Cable For Critical Data Transmission

The Medical Information Bus, or MIB, interconnect cable is suitable for use in critical situations. It's pre-engineered with a flame-retardant jacket and meets IEEE 1073.4.1 standards. It consists of six conductors: one 28 AWG twisted pair offering two data signal lines, one 24 AWG twisted pair providing two power conductors; and two individual 28 AWG for unique function signal lines.
