The new 100 mm AC motor line features 350 in-lbs (39.5 N-m) of continuous torque in a compact package with simple 3-wire hookup.



In response to customers demanding more power in a smaller space, gearmotor and electric motor manufacturer, Bison Gear & Engineering Corp. (St. Charles, IL) has introduced its new 100 mm AC motor line offering 1/8 hp (93w) in 30 percent less volume than previously available. Features include:

  • 350 in-lbs (39.5 N-m) of continuous torque in a compact package with simple 3-wire hookup.
  • Powered by 115 volt, 60 Hz single-phase TEFC permanent split capacitor motors. Offered in 9 standard versions with gear ratios from 5.0:1 to 215.6:1.
  • Fixed output speeds from 340 to 8 RPM respectively.
