Benchtop Dispense System

The Portionator III benchtop meter/mix/dispense system is capable of shot sizes as small as one drop of two-component epoxies, urethanes, silicones, inks, and acrylics.

About the size of an office typewriter, the all-electric system delivers a mixed shot in as little as 1 3/4 sec. Standard machines feature a disposable static mix tube in lengths of 1, 3 1/2, and 6 in., with motor-driven mix head for hard-to-mix materials. Reservoirs include polyethylene cartridges or stainless steel tanks. Used as a benchtop machine or fully automated, the lightweight system features a variable dispense amount, independently adjustable resin/hardener pistons for wide ratio range capability, and a material check-weight capability before mix head entry. Options include all stainless steel construction for medical OEM applications, preselect counters for multiple shots, semi-automatic or fully automatic solvent flush/purge systems, heated material feed lines, and material de-gassing capability.
