Edge welded bellows feature lengths up to 96 inches.

BellowsTech, LLC (Ormond Beach, FL) specializes in the design and manufacture of custom designed, precision edge welded bellows and bellows assemblies in an array of dimensional configurations and alloys including Titanium, 316LSS, AM350 SS, Aluminum, and Inconel/Hastelloy. Serving the semiconductor, high vacuum, oil services, process control and medical device industries, BellowsTech edge welded bellows feature:

Diameters ranging from .394 to 26 inches (10 to 660 mm).
Material thickness ranging from .002 to .036 inch (.05 mm to .91 mm).
Lengths up to 96 inches (24.38 mm).
Can be used in vacuum applications as valve stem seals, expansion joints, actuators, and vibration dampers and torque couplings.
