The 0101 Series features an operating temperature range of -55º to + 125ºC.

AVX Corporation (Greenville, SC) has developed a small multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC). Designated as the 0101 Series, the miniature MLCC was designed with well-established technologies to precisely control the material and process, and it features:

Nominal capacitance ratings of 1.0 to 22pF.
A rated voltage of 16 V in NPO.
An operating temperature range of -55º to + 125ºC.
Available in the X5R dielectric.
RoHS-compliance.
