Air Nozzle (11057)

This 1/2 NPT air nozzle delivers 3.3 lb of blowing force when mounted 12 in. away from the target — more than four times the 1-lb force of other nozzles — making it suitable for blowing heavy materials or for applications where the nozzle must be mounted at a distance from the surface to be blown off, dried, or cooled. The nozzle cannot be blocked and meets OSHA standard 1910.242(b). At 80 psig it consumes 60 SCFM at 87 dBA per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95(a). Applications include drying, machinery, and parts cleaning, as well as chip removal, part ejection, liquid blowoff, and cooling of hot parts.
