A Better View

Red Lion Controls has added the model G306A to its line of G3 operator interface panels. This human-machine interface features:
  • A thin-film transistor active matrix display to provide greater contrast, brightness and overall readability for easy viewing, especially in challenging applications.
  • A 5.7", 256-color, quarter video graphics array, 320 by 240 pixel LCD display with 3 front-panel LED indicators and a 5-button keypad for on-screen menus.
  • An Ethernet port, a USB programming port, support for up to 5 high-speed serial ports, an integrated protocol converter, a built-in web server, a standard CompactFlash socket and IT-ready data logging.
  • A resistive analog touchscreen or front-panel keypad to simplify data entry.
  • An increased onboard flash memory of 8 MB.
  • The ability to be configured using Red Lion’s free Crimson Programming software.
  • The capability to achieve protocol conversion, remote system control and monitoring, as well as historical data logging.
