Compact_FA_Serie_ball_screws
The compact FA Series of ball screws offers lubrication via grease fitting.



NSK’s (Franklin, IN) Compact FA Series of ball screws achieves the fast and quiet operation on the market with rotational speeds up to 5,000 rpm. The increased performance is up to 1.6 times faster than conventional ball screws, making the series ideal for the machine tool, semiconductor, medical, factory automation and general manufacturing industries. Features include:

  • A compact, low-profile design.
  • Diameters of ball nuts measuring as much as 30 percent smaller than those of traditional NSK models.
  • Operating noise has been reduced by 6 dB.
  • Lubrication via grease fitting.
  • 2 ports allow for easy maintenance or inclusion into an integrated lubrication system.
  • New sealing technology minimizes grease dispersion.
  • Available in shaft diameters ranging from 10 to 25 mm with leads from 5 to 25 mm.
