- 400 microamperes operating current.
- 24VL014, 24VL024 and 24VL025 available with a full-array write protect.
- 24VL014H and 24VL024H available with a half-array write project.
- Densities of 1K or 2 Kbits.
- Operating frequency of 100 kHz at 1.5V.
