ZigBee Production Test Solution

SeaSolve Software production test is solution based on parallel processing architecture

San Jose, CA- SeaSolve Software announces their latest version of an automated ZigBee production test solution based on a parallel processing architecture.

By incorporating parallel processing into the ZigBee production test solution, SeaSolve is able to achieve reduced test times and cost with improved reliability, accuracy and efficient usage of the underlying RF hardware.

SeaSolve's ZigBee production test solution can test multiple DUTs in parallel for standard-compliance with each round of testing taking between 25-30 seconds.

The ZigBee test solution supports test script editing and database connectivity (for storing and tracking results). The test solution is highly scalable and can be used as both a production tester (for high and low volumes) and a design validation platform.

"With rising production volumes, the main concern of OEMs is to reduce test times, use their RF hardware efficiently and automate the process while maintaining test quality," states Mehraj Lanker, CTO of SeaSolve Software Inc.

"SeaSolve's manufacturing test solution will help OEMs achieve this in an optimal and cost-effective manner. In these turbulent economic times, engineers must be equipped with efficient solutions that do more with less."

SeaSolve has adopted advanced test techniques that not only achieve reduced test times but also use customized algorithms for both RF and PCB tests. The solution features a comprehensive reporting scheme and has the flexibility of adding tests as the client demands.
