Toray Plastics (N. Kingstown, RI), Inc. PEF Division announces the introduction of new ToraSoft closed-cell foams for all automotive interior trim applications requiring a soft, luxurious feel, precise edges, and exceptional rebound. New ToraSoft foams offer:

  • 70 percent more softness than previous generations.
  • Proprietary polyolefin resin system.
  • Thermoforming capabilities along with unprecedented haptics.
  • A lightweight structure.
  • High tensile properties, tear strength, thermal stability, and compression set resistance.
  • Fracture resistance at low temperatures.
  • Thickness from 1.0 to 6.0 mm.
