You have spoken and we have listened. With the launch of WITTENSTEIN's new website in 2009, an easy-to-use online CAD Generator was developed for quick and easy product selection and part number generation. As always with WITTENSTEIN, the best just keeps getting better.
This new online tool builds upon the CAD selection and part number creation functions for alpha gearboxes by adding:
- Clear and easy to understand visuals representing various part options.
- Technical specifications for immediate product review.
- Complete drive train selection from gearbox to motor.
- Interactive part number creation for complete part number (gearbox + motor).
As always, the traditional function of CAD drawings being sent via e-mail is still available.

A key aspect of this redesigned tool is that WITTENSTEIN is allowing customers real-time access to its comprehensive database of standard products and motor data, all coming directly from the same database as our revolutionary engineering software cymex. Future developments for this tool include the addition of rack and pinion, couplings and actuators. These products will be added in the coming year.
