Avnet will offer customers a broad array of Midé energy harvesting products including its integrated Volture Vibration Harvester power supplies, and raw piezoelectric energy harvesters. Midé’s proprietary materials exploit the piezoelectric effect to scavenge otherwise wasted energy from mechanical vibration to use as an electrical power source.
