MAVERICK Technologies Selected To Integrate Microsoft Dynamics AX

Columbia, IL— MAVERICK Technologies has announced that Cope Plastics has chosen the company to launch and oversee their game-changing ERP. MAVERICK, working with Microsoft Dynamics AX, will provide comprehensive stewardship during the integration process, including planning, implementation and ongoing consultation services.

According to John Theen, Chief Financial Officer of Cope Plastics, the decision to work with MAVERICK was an easy one.

“Initially there was a built-in comfort level because MAVERICK is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner,” said Theen. “But beyond that, it became obvious MAVERICK had the unique plant and manufacturing experience and best practices expertise we needed to hit the ground running,” says Theen.

In addition, Theen says MAVERICK possesses a rare talent of understanding not only their overall business, but the way in which individuals work at Cope. This has resulted in an unexpected, early return on their investment.

“Our confidence in MAVERICK has literally erased the inherent risks that accompany an undertaking of this nature,” said Theen. “While we know there will be inevitable bumps in the road, we are convinced MAVERICK will be ready, willing and able to help us get past them.”

Chris Jones, MAVERICK’s vice president, business solutions is enthusiastic about working with Cope Plastics.

“We are committed to supporting Cope’s efforts to enhance their leadership status and increase productivity and profitability,” says Jones.

“While MAVERICK has always extolled the importance of internal investing, the concept has taken on greater significance during this challenging economy. It is exciting to work with other companies, like Cope, who share our proactive vision and appreciate the value-added benefits we bring to the table.”
