The option card enables the ability to handle a single connection with an Actual Packet Interval down to 1 ms in both directions.

Card facilitates quick connectivity for Danfoss VLT AutomationDrive to PROFINET-based networks

LOVES PARK, IL -- Danfoss Drives introduces the VLT PROFINET MCA120 Option Card, expanding the Ethernet communication capabilities of the VLT AutomationDrive to PROFINET-based networks. The option card features:

The ability to handle a single connection with an Actual Packet Interval down to 1 ms in both directions.
A built-in web server for remote diagnostics and visual confirmation of basic drive parameters.
PROFINET support for control and parameter setting.
HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) support for diagnosis via the built-in web server.
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) support for email notification.
DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) support for automatic IP address configuration.
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) support for file up- and download.
TSC (Transparent Socket Channel) support for easy access to drive configuration data from Danfoss’ MCT 10.
DCP (Discovery and Configuration Protocol) support for making topology and neighborhood recognition.
IP-address assertion.
