Newburyport, MA— Ferraz Shawmut announces the promotion of Fred Rampone to vice president, distributor sales and Stephen Reynolds to vice president, strategic accounts.

Rampone will manage the regional management team and distributor sales within the United States.

He has been with Ferraz Shawmut for more than 13 years, holding the positions of regional OEM development manager, region sales manager and regional vice president.

Prior to joining the company, he held positions with Powell Electrical Manufacturing Company and G&W Electric.

Reynolds will manage the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive product and service solutions to strategic accounts.

Twelve years ago, Reynolds joined Ferraz Shawmut as a direct salesman in Georgia and worked his way through the ranks as a southeast district manager, manager of strategic accounts, and now to vice president of strategic accounts. 

Prior to joining the company, he was a marketing manager with Kearney and a field service engineering manager with GE-Hitachi.
