NEW YORK (AP) — WebMD Health Corp. said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Mark D. Funston is leaving the health information services provider to pursue other opportunities.

He will be succeeded by Chief Operating Officer Anthony Vuolo, who will retain his COO title and responsibilities. Vuolo had previously served as CFO after WebMD's initial public offering in 2005 until becoming COO in 2007.
