U.S. competition watchdog seeks more information from MDS, Danaher

TORONTO — U.S. Federal Trade Commission requests additional information from Toronto-based life-sciences company MDS Inc. (TSX:MDS) in relation to the proposed sale of its Analytical Technologies business to Danaher Corp. (NYSE:DHR).
