Timminco says proposed second class action lawsuit against company stayed

TORONTO — Timminco Ltd. (TSX:TIM) said Tuesday that a second proposed class action lawsuit filed against the company in June has been stayed by a court order. The court has also ordered that no other actions may be commenced in connection with Timminco securities purchased during the class period proposed in the first proposed class action, the company said.
