Taser receives order from Cleveland police

Electric-shock weapons company Taser International Inc. said Monday that it received an order from Cleveland's police department for 400 of its electronic control devices and related accessories. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Cleveland Division of Police has purchased more than 1,400 Taser devices, including the most recent order.

The order is expected to ship in the fourth quarter.
