Osisko Mining Corp. (TSX:OSK) to acquire Hammond Reef gold project in Ontario through takeover of Brett Resources Inc. (TSXV:BBR) in a all-stock deal valued at $372 million. Brett's shareholders would own about 11 per cent of Osisko.
