Oil company Frontier Oil Corp. said Thursday it elected Franklin Myers to its board of directors.
Myers most recently served as senior adviser for Cameron International Corp. He served as Cameron's chief financial officer from 2003 to 2008.
Shares of Frontier Oil fell 50 cents, or 3.9 percent, to $12.24 in afternoon trading as the broader market slid. The stock has traded between $7.51 and $18.40 over the last 52 weeks.
