A certified planner in E & E's San Francisco office, Ms. Karpowicz leads E & E's energy services practice. She has directed health, safety, and environmental permitting projects worth billions of dollars for clients in the United States, South America, Asia, and the Middle East. She provides strategic advice and direction for permitting electric transmission, renewable energy, marine terminal and development, LNG terminal, pipeline, oil and gas exploration and production, and fiber optic cable projects.

Mr. King is an accomplished program manager with comprehensive experience in the management and coordination of key, multidisciplinary environmental programs throughout the United States, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia. Before assuming his current principal role in global business development and program implementation, he was manager of E & E's Washington, DC, office from 1995 to 2010.
