Constellation Software reports Q3 profit of $2.7 million, down from year ago

TORONTO — Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU), which keeps its books in U.S. dollars, said Tuesday that it earned US$2.7 million or 13 cents per diluted share for the quarter ended Sept. 30 compared with profit of $3.3 million or 16 cents per share a year ago. Revenue totalled $107.3 million, up from $80.8 million.
