Comtech Telecommunications receives $2.4M contract

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. said Tuesday that a subsidiary has received $2.4 million in orders for satellite modems and other equipment.

The equipment supplied by Comtech EF Data Corp. of Tempe, Ariz., will be used by the military for its communications program, Comtech Telecommunications said.

Shares rose 38 cents to $30.06 in afternoon trading.
