VANCOUVER — Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (TSX:ANP) said Monday that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has ruled that the company needs pre-market approval for its Bio-Seal product. The company said it was reviewing its options, including possibly appealing the FDA decision, and was in talks with its partner, Biopsy Sciences, LLC.
