Air Liquide to sell oxygen to new Nucor plant

Air Liquide Large Industries U.S. LP said Tuesday that it will sell oxygen to Nucor Steel's new plant in Louisiana and extended contracts to supply other Nucor factories.

The companies did not disclose financial terms.

Air Liquide said it would provide oxygen for Nucor's new direct-reduced iron plant in Convent, La., and extended contracts to supply Nucor plants in South Carolina and Arkansas with oxygen, nitrogen and argon.
