Affiliated Computer Services buys Pharm/DUR

DALLAS (AP) — Affiliated Computer Services Inc., an information technology and outsourcing company, said Wednesday it bought pharmacy auditing company Pharm/DUR Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

ACS said Pharm/DUR had annual revenue of about $6 million. It said Pharm/DUR's services, such as its AUDITrack application, are designed to help find waste, abuse and fraud in pharmacy benefits management programs.

ACS reported $1.61 billion in revenue in the fiscal third quarter. Its shares declined 3 cents to $44.39 in morning trading.
