Members of the G series of washable, ultraminiature. PC-mount toggle, rocker, and pushbutton switches, all with matching indicators, feature a sliding twin crossbar contact mechanism that wipes the gold, rounded contacts with every actuation. The result is said to be unparalleled logic-level switching reliability and smooth feel. All switches in the series are rated at 0.4 V at 28 Vac/Vdc (maximum), have standard 0.1 x 0.1 terminal spacing, weigh 0.25 g, and are sealed for automated processing techniques, including flux cleaning procedures. Bushings and housings are made from one molded piece and a rubber O-ring surrounds the actuator. A second rubber seal surrounds the base where it fits into the actuator. The terminals, which are rounded to ease mounting, are epoxy sealed and molded in, locking out flux, solvents, and other contaminants. The switches are available in single- and double-pole configurations. Toggle and rocker models are available in five circuit combinations, including momentary and maintained action in either two or three positions. Toggle and pushbutton versions, moreover, come in straight PC, right angle, and vertical-angle mount configurations. Rockers come in straight PC mount versions only. Pushbutton types feature momentary circuits. Pushbutton and rocker caps are available in red, white, and black. Red, green, or yellow LED indicators can be specified for low- or high-profile appearance. The low-profile versions come in straight PC, bracketed or unbracketed mounts, as well as right-angle or vertical angle-mount PC versions.
