Variable-speed Drives

MPD Series variable-speed drives for demanding applications includes console and modular units to fit a wide range of leak-free, magnetically driven pumpheads.

Features include programmable, remote, and manual control options to provide accurate, pulseless, variable fluid delivery for any applications. MPD 55 and 55D console drives feature a motor and controller built into an IP55-ratged enclosure. Both units offer remote control using analog or digital signals as well as manual speed control for added flexibility. Model 55D has a digital display and keypad-operated controller that can be programmed for volumetric or interval dispensing. MPD 24 modular drives feature a variable-speed motor and separate wall-mount controller, both NEMA 4 rated for washdown environments. The units feature pre-set calibration for pumpheads, several automatic dispensing modes, a digital display, and keypad-operated controller. Designed for rigorous laboratory and industrial applications, the series offers easy installation and operation, built-in calibration, speed control accuracy of ۪.5 percent, and an RS232 interface for remote PC control.
