Paul H. Jona, the new chairman and CEO of CoActive Technologies

Paul H. Jona joins CoActive Technologies after 12 years with Amphenol Corp.

CoActive Technologies Names Paul Jona Chairman And CEO

CoActive Technologies' Board of Directors has named Paul H. Jona as chairman and chief executive officer.

Jona joins the manufacturer of electromechanical switches, interface controls, keypads and dome arrays after 12 years with Amphenol Corp. where he most recently served as a senior vice president responsible for the Global Cable Systems Group.

Earlier this year, the private investment firm Littlejohn & Co. completed CoActive's corporate carveout. CoActive is the former global switch business of ITT Corporation.

Prior to joining Amphenol in 1995, Jona held several senior positionsduring 13 years in four different countries with the Electronic Materials Division of EI DuPont de Nemours & Co.

Dan Krammen, the new facilities engineer and maintenance manager of Norplex-Micarta

Dan Krammen has 25 years of engineering experience in the automotive, marine and electrical industries.

Jona holds a Master's Degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), Phoenix, AZ and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA. Jona is also an alumnus of Nijenrode, the Netherlands School of Business.

Norplex-Micarta Appoints Dan Krammen To New Role As Facilities Engineer And Maintenance Manager

At the company’s corporate headquarters in Postville, IA, Krammen will be responsible for overseeing and directing all maintenance activities including: managing capital projects, and improving machine-related productivity and quality within the material treater department. He will also be responsible for the optimization of existing processes and facilitation of project expediency.

Krammen formerly managed the design and development of new Norplex-Micarta sheet, tubing, rod and molded shape products. Previously, Krammen was a senior manufacturing and quality assurance engineer at Rockwell Automation and has more than 25 years of engineering experience in a wide range of industries including automotive, marine and electrical.
