Tight-fit Valves

A new version of the Type 2000 modular Y-pattern valve system is designed to permit greater flows at lower head loss than previous models. The size of the units has been reduced by up to 30 percent, but despite their small dimensions and low weight, they boast high flow rates and long life. The valves are suitable for applications where space saving is a requirement because they require half the space of ball valves. They are available in either bronze or stainless steel and have self-adjusting, double-packing glands, extended spindle guides, and PTFE wiper seals. The devices are externally piloted and available in normally open or normally closed control functions.
