Standard And Custom Syringe Pumps

Standard and custom syringe pumps are available for precision filling and dispensing applications.

VersaPump Series pumps offer syringe volumes ranging from 10 uL to 50 ML with three-way to eight-way valve capability. They can be daisy-chained for continuous flow applications and offer chemically inert fluid paths of Teflon, Kel-F, and borosilicate glass. Resolutions from 6 to 48 K steps are available for better than 1 percent accuracy and precision. The pumps are totally configurable to the OEM as basic mechanical packages or fully equipped with RS232 control.

InLine Series pumps are custom manufactured to meet specific OEM requirements. They feature a direct-drive stepper motor to a syringe or positive displacement piston. The displacement mechanism is offered in a variety of materials including engineering plastics, stainless steel, and ceramics.
