Solution For Mill-turn Machining

Espirit 2005 allows engineers to program multi-axis Swiss-style turning centers and determine their potential for single setup, versatile, accurate, unattended machining. Featuring comprehensive tool path creation, simulation, collision detection, and accurate G-code generation functionalities, this CAM software is designed to provide CNC programmers with a complete package for programming multi-tasking machine parts. The software eliminates the need for users to conduct post processor writing and machine definition. The software’s dynamic solid simulation functionality generates realistic views of an entire machine setup, including part, fixtures, and machine tool. With machining movements displayed in real-time, this simulations feature provides collision detection between the part and the tool, the part and tool with holder, or the part, tool with holder and the entire machine. Full, rapid, and rapid index simulations are included for milling operations. The software provides rotary milling support via its Wrap Contouring machining cycle. Engineers can machine 3D features in their true positions in more than just cylindrical shapes. This function of the software supports wrapped and flat geometry and allows for radial and perpendicular walls.
